The Windowmaster 30 Topline CNC machining centre offers even more capacity. The BMH Windowmaster 30 Topline has a very attractive motor configuration with two machining motors:
a 30 kW vertical milling motor for profiling (longitudinal and contra)
A full-fledged 5-axis robot motor for all drilling and mortizing.
In addition, this full-fledged CNC machining centre is standard equipped with a fully enclosed cabin around the machining area.
The BMH Windowmaster is designed from the idea of the Dutch frame. This results in a heavy and stable construction. Unique is the TopLine processing table that, as the only one of its kind, rests on the lower frame. This results in long-term high accuracy and minimal maintenance.
With a TopLine version, you can get even more capacity out of the machine. With the Windowmaster 30 TopLine CNC machining center, the machining table is equipped with split duo clamps, which can be used independently of each other. This makes it possible to load a workpiece on the machine table at both the front and the rear and always process 2 workpieces in the machine at the same time, regardless of length (up to a max. of 3,600 or 4,500 mm each).
By using servo-controlled extractor hoods directly behind the tool of the robot motor, optimal extraction is achieved. The extractor hoods are automatically steered in according to wood width. Extra collection trays on both sides of the frame provide extra chip extraction.
Another unique feature of the Windowmaster 30 TopLine is the quick tool change. Both machining motors exchange from a fast and dust-free linear magazine. In addition, the total tool length of 250 mm can sink under the machining table. This benefits you in terms of flexibility and investment in cutting tools.
The in-house developed BMH software ensures user-friendly operation with numerous advanced options. Think of a 3D program simulation, service life monitoring and extensive reports. Various software macros are part of the standard equipment, such as for arched frames, vertically slanted, (bead) miter and quarter round.
